This is Lucknow leading sweet and chat shop. In this design challenge was that chat counters were suppose to look like part of A.C. showroom but it was suppose to be a non A.C. area but this non A.C. area should also look that customer has already entered showroom he is not standing on footpath or so.

Solutions

We designed the front with right side full counters of chat and other items with pushing glass of showroom slightly behind and in same continuation we placed sweet counters and on left side sitting in non A.C. and A.C. were placed.

Parampara Sweets is a very old established sweets shop of Lucknow considered to be the best in Lucknow. They were expending and had a desire to capture all corners ofLucknow. So they purchase a land on main road Alambagh with afrontage of only 14ft, Totalland was 1100 Sq.ft.

Solutions

They wanted three floors of customer movement so we decided to give a designer stairs from front going to basement then first floor and same going in circle to second for customers, rest the stairs even goes to third floor and roof. Third floor is kitchen, Store and office. Even customer or common toilet is on this floor. Firstfloor has a beautifulself-service fast-food restaurant, Ground cum first floor has sweet shop and basement floor had bakery shop. This building from outside and inside became landmark of Alambagh and is doing very wellfor the amenities it carries in such smallplot.
