This was a very big challenge as the plot size was only 3400 Sq.ft. and client needed three banquets around twenty rooms and a terrace restaurant.
Solutions
We beautifully played with civil design and gave it a feel with elevation as well as interiors of one of the best hotels in Lucknow. As every space was beautifully designed, and practicality of kitchen movement and customer movement was wellthrough of even in such small size plot. There were separate stairs and lift for services behind which took the hotel in quality, interiors service at its best rating in Lucknow.
