It was supposed to be a real estate office. It was a 3BHK + Servant apartment formed in to an office space with a rent room cum lounge space for entertaining clients.
Solutions
So, we went ahead with the lobby space into waiting lobby and reception. One room at the entry which was servant room + kitchen, we connected it into accounts room thenthere was a conferenceroom, one director room andattached rest room. We gaveita refreshing real estate office look which for such small space and fixation being apartment client came out very satisfied.
