it was a corner building upper ground floor where client need a bar cum restaurant with buffet and open kitchen and a banquet for minimum 100 people. It was a challenge to fit all these things in a 5000 sq.ft. space.

Solutions

We changed the main entry of upper ground brought it to centre of building for which lower ground.Owner was not ready but we managea ana from aimost centre of the siab we bifurcated to left bar cum restaurant and to right banquet and behind main entry we placed kitchen we can handle both banquet and restaurant.
