Challenges
ANIL SINGH RESIDENCE
The client wanted around 5-6 cars of parking and huge drawing room two kitchens. His bedroom is quite spacious so that the whole family can get
accommodated and even slept at the same point in time.
Solutions
While civil designing of the house as it was a corner plot so we managed a ramp to the lower ground hall for parking and servant quarter. On the upper ground floor, we planned two bedrooms and a main kitchen with a lobby and a big drawing room. First floor we had only one daughter room and the master bedroom. Above the master bedroom, we had sons room so we achieved good size rooms as per client requirement.
Challenges
We did civil planning with the interior of this site us we keep in mind client’s requirements as well as practical movement and ventilation of the house.
Solutions
It comes out to be a very well-balanced house with a terrace garden and modern elevation.
