This was again a challenge full project as we were designing on small size plot with clients wish to have showroom at ground floor and first floor should be residence with slight terrace garden and a 3 bedroom unit with full ventilation and natural light. There are lot of monkeys in and around the area. So the terrace openings were designed with designer grills.
Major frontage was given to the lower and upper ground floor for showroom and we planned entry from a side which leads to upper ground level enclosed landing area from where a new staircase is visible and opposite it had a lift. Coming to first floor one directly enters into the drawing section of room as it had common drawing room with dining area and pooja room. As drawing room area has full face open to terrace with glass sliders so reaching to pooja area after passing dining area, natural light would have reduced have not we planned a cut above pooja area and put clear glass over it so the rest of the house too got loaded with natural light and with an interesting feel above pooja.
